Slow-smoked barbeque and smooth bourbon is back Friday, January 20th! Legacy Ventures is happy to announce the official reopening of Twin Smokers BBQ. After 2 long and challenging years of being closed due to the pandemic, we are very excited to be back!
Our 4,000-square-foot space promises to bring back a good time for all lovers of smoked meats, fresh sides, in-house craft beers and a great selection of bourbons to match. Our story started with a love for tried-and-true barbecue and a passion for regionally inspired meats. That in turn kick-started something special—a search for the greatest barbecue in the county.
Legacy Ventures and the culinary team traveled the country for the best barbecue in the business, doing their fair share of research and figuring out how to bring all their favorite barbecue flavors from Texas, Carolina, Kansas City, and Memphis together in one spot—all while adding a Georgia flare. Thus, Twin Smokers was born.
“Matthew and Elizabeth”, the two-custom fire-engine-red Oyler 700 smokers will continue to cook the best barbeque around. One smoker is designated to chicken and pork and the other for the beef, this helps strengthen the individual flavors. Our menus with continue to feature a Southern-style barbecue with hickory-smoked chicken and pork, and a Texas-style barbecue with mesquite-smoked beef brisket.
